Cancellation policies
Mobile- We have set this time aside especially for you. Failure to contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to cancel/reschedule will result in a 75% charge of your full service. Same day cancellation (within 24 hours) on a holiday or a holiday weekend will result in a 100% charge of your service.
If you need to cancel your appointment the same day please call do not email.
In Studio -
You may cancel your appointment anytime up to 4 hours before your scheduled service with no penalty. CANCELING/RESCHEDULING your appointment within the 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $25. No show appointments will be charged for one full tan ($59). If you need to cancel your appointment the same day please call do not email.
Booking instructions-
You may call the studio at 770.212.3935 to book your next tan, or you may book online.
When you call the studio to book, we will ask you for you desired time, name, email, phone number and a method of payment to hold the appointment...either a credit/debit card number. We only ask for this information (which is also requested with online booking) to secure your spot and to cover us if you do not cancel in time or are a no show, resulting in a loss for us that could have been filled by another client. As of now, the Cancellation Policy is as stated above. If you are calling after hours and need an appointment for the next day go online and complete the new client profile. We do check online appointment requests after hours.
Tan expiration Policy-
Sometimes we run specials where you can purchase multiple tanning sessions at one time in a SERIES or PACKAGE.
All tanning series/packages are valid for 6 months from purchase date. At the 6 month mark, any unused tans will expire.
It is advised you do not purchase more tans at one time than you will use within 6 months. To be the first to know when we run these specials, please follow our social media or be added to our email list.
Tips To Ensure An Opulence Experience...
In order for us to provide a comfortable environment and a high level of service, we ask that you review and abide by the following policies:No Children
We love children & babies, but Opulence Spray Tan is not a place for them. Due to safety issues, we cannot have children or babies in the treatment rooms “Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the Spray Tan Studio
We also cannot have children or babies in the lobby as we cannot be responsible for them if they are left alone. “Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the Spray Tan Studio
*Travel fees will apply to areas outside of Buckhead, Brookhaven and Chamblee for Mobile services
*If you are requesting a (last minute Mobile service) or an (After hours) service we oftentimes are happy to accommodate you however understand there will be a surcharge added to these appointments.
